Description:

Carpenter for residential construction. Team member of a 2-5 person crew.

Primary responsibilities:

• Read and understand building and landscape plans

• Carpentry for interior remodels and landscape structures

• Ability to troubleshoot carpentry solutions on site

• Ensure the quality and productivity of the project

 Skills & Proficiencies:

• 5+ years construction and carpentry experience

• High school degree or equivalent required

• Transportation to job sites is required in the East Bay and North Bay

• Able to lift 50 lbs

• Able to follow instruction and safety protocols

• Work well within a team and maintain a positive attitude

• Knowledge of building and construction practices and building codes

• Provide own tools and use of company tools

• Proficiency in English and Spanish
