Lafayette ADU

This smaller studio/ ADU is set beneath beautiful mature oak trees and takes advantage of an otherwise unusable hillside, views out to the surrounding hills, and lots of natural light. The project also carved out flat spaces where possible to provide private deck space for the studio and much larger deck and lawn area for outdoor entertaining, spa and flat ground for kids to play.
